1.  Return Policy

 We are aware that there may be situations where the products were delivered incorrectly, or you were no longer in need of them. As long as they are unused and returned with the original packing entire, undamaged, and packaged as received, you may return any undesired items for free within 28 days for a refund or replacement. Please be aware that things that have been opened or used can only be returned to us if they are defective or broken. Additionally, due to hygienic concerns, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or personal products cannot be returned. Delivery fees and a restocking fee may be applied to returns that don't fit these criteria.

 Please be aware that the money will be returned using the same payment method if a refund occurs. According to credit card issuers, refunds can only be paid to the credit card that was used to make the initial purchase. Please be advised that your credit card company may not recognize a refund for up to seven working days.
