    Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets have  a triple antacid formula which neutralise excess stomach acids. The three ingredients (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Carbonate and light Magnesium Carbonate) help to treat pain such as heartburn, trapped wind and indigestion and relieve your discomfort.

    How to use Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets:

    • Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Suck or chew one or two tablets as required.
    • Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
    • If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

    Warnings relating to Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets:

    Do not take Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets if:

  • You are allergic to any of the listed ingredients
  • You have been told the level of Phosphate in your blood is low (Hypophosphataemia)
  • You have heart or kidney problems
  • If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine. Speak to your doctor before taking this medicine if you are taking Tetracycline antibiotics or iron tablets.

    • Side effects of Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets:

    Some patients may experience side effects such as constipation or diarrhoea when taking Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets. If an unwanted side effect is severe or lasts for more than a few days, consult your doctor. If you take Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets over a long period of time you may suffer a temporary worsening of symptoms when you stop taking the product. This is called rebound hyperacidity. Consult your doctor if this symptom does not go away.

    Bisodol Indigestion Relief Tablets contain:

    • Each chewable tablet contains: Calcium Carbonate 522mg, Light Magnesium Carbonate 68mg and Sodium Biocarbonate 64mg.
    • Also contains: Saccarin, Maize Starch, Sugar, Calcium Stearate and Peppermint Oil flavouring.
