Floradix Liquid Iron contains organic iron (II) from ferrous gluconate and vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C. This combinations of vitamins and iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue by supporting normal energy yielding metabolism. In addition to this, Iron (supported by vitamins B6 and B12) contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation. Vitamin C also increases Iron absorption. Floradix is given a pleasant taste thanks to its blend of herbs and fruit juice concentrates, and it contains no alcohol, preservatives, colourings, or artificial flavourings. It is lactose free and suitable for vegetarians. Floradix is particularly beneficial for women, including expectant and lactating mothers, children, adolescents, the elderly, convalescents, vegetarians, and those with an active lifestyle.

To maximise the iron absorption, take Floradix Liquid Iron on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after.
