Epaderm Emollient can also be used as a soap substitute to prevent drying of the skin, or as a moisturising bath additive, or as a normal moisturiser. It works by creating a layer of oil on the surface of the skin and preventing water evaporation from the surface of the skin to help treat eczema, psoriasis, and other dry conditions.

Epaderm Emollient is made from a mixture of yellow soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, and emulsifying wax that produces a greasy layer on the skin to give intense moisturization and prevent your skin from drying out.
