Big tablets

Too early to say if these are working. Hoping they will help with my skin, hair and nails. The pills themselves are pretty big. I dont usually have trouble swallowing pills but these have made me struggle a bit.

Early days

I have only been taking these for a week so it's a bit early to tell how they'll work. They are quite large to swallow if you're not good taking tablets. Good price and arrived quickly.
